A newly renovated kitchen with all modern appliances and wonderful sea views. Included is a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave toaster and kettle.
Living Room
A large bright living room with vaulted ceilings and a roaring log burner at the end of the room. A sold oak dining table and chairs are the perfect spot for family and friends to gather at meal times before heading to the sofas to enjoy a film on the smart TV or share stories of their day around the log burner.
Utility area
With a washer dryer and ironing board.
Bedroom 1- Ensuite
A comfortable downstairs kingsize bedroom with the convenience of a private ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower over WC and basin.

The second bedroom has a single bed in it, there is an additional pull out bed for an optional 8th guest on request.

Ample parking for 3 cars. Ty'r Garreg has an enclosed garden at the front of the house enjoying views across Rhoscolyn Bay and onto the Mountains. To the back of the house, there is the Anglesey Coastal footpath, making this the perfect house for walkers.
