You can also prepare a snack or a drink at any time thanks to the integrated kitchenette (2 hotplates, sink, and refrigerator). A coffee machine, an electric kettle, and various kitchen utensils are also provided.

From the large balcony, you can enjoy views across the Greifswalder Bodden to the offshore island of Vim.

The new building complex on the shipyard site was completed in 2010. It includes a restaurant and a show workshop. The 9 individually designed apartments are located in the upper part of the building.
