Bright one bedroom apartment in a condominium with pool only a 5 min walk to the Lagos Marina.



Both the bedroom and the living room have access to the large south facing terrace which has sun all day. The living room has a very comfortable double sofa-bed allowing for a total occupancy of 4 people in the apartment. Equipped with all the essential amenities: AC in the living room, washing machine, dishwasher, WIFI and a SMART TV.



Located in the prestigious Condomínio do Mar, near Meia Praia beach. Only a short walk to the Marina where there are plenty of restaurants and cafes.
