forced a rating -we Had to cancel, never stayed

In short: probably a great place to stay if I go backBut WARNING Canceling was a fiasco. If you think you're going to need to cancel, no one is user friendly on this matter & language is seemingly* an issue per convenience. VRBO, for me, sided w/Host being firm & they kept all my money even after Agreement to cancel early for policy to refund. Yeah that part. Host communicated regular IF you use translator apps. Refused other languages. Made things very difficult.Time Zones didn't help either (not their fault) Photos of the place look great tho & the price was fair. Host offered great deals on transportation, but know that ALL modes of transport is in the hundreds One-Way. So if you want to travel while visiting the country bring an addtl 1k. The train isn't much cheaper & dragging luggage is no fun. One settled trains & ferries aren't too bad vs excursion costs.
