Three bedrooms (two double and one twin bedroom), large living room with balcony, kitchen and two bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. WiFi and elevator. Air conditioning (to be paid on site). Excellent point of support for excursions in the Etruscan area of ​​upper Lazio and visits to Rome. Beach with pebbles 50 m. Railway station at 250 m. Free parking in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay in Donatella’s lovely apartment. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with a beautiful sea view. It was also perfect because of its location and its proximity to the train station.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this apartment, location and most of all the amazing host! This was our first visit to Europe and Donatella made us feel like family. I had some last minute changes as well as a medical emergency during our stay and she took outstanding care of us. She absolutely made this the best travel experience ever. The views are beautiful from the apartment balcony and the location is spot on for restaurants and other activities.

Nice location

We’re nice house situated at the beachfront. Well equipped and comfortable. There was some fees that we were not aware of for use of aircondition and there was no hot water for the first days but this was fixed by the host. All in all a good place to stay.

Better than expected

Host was fantastic. The apartment was even better than the photos. Location was great. Close to numerous restaurants and the train station is a five minute walk. Grab this place if you can get it!

We had a good time. Great communication, good selection of books to read on the bookshelf (it was raining a lot). It was nice having a full kitchen and a washing machine. Lots of restaurants near by, walking distance to everything. Glad we chose this one. Thanks Donatella!

Gem on the Boardwalk

Everything was as listed. The view was great. Location was outstanding. We didn't cook. Restaurants all around us. No microwave. Communication with hostess was outstanding. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Civitavecchia if available.

Super location in Chivetaviccia

The apartment location is excellent, very convenient to the train station, market, port, restaurants….., we stayed there 5 days but 4 days in raining however apartment has large living space, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with fully equipped kitchen so daily activities basically all in the apartment and went to market to buy fresh food. Apartment has wonderful view with sun rise and sun set. Donatela responded every messages we sent and very helpful. Overall we enjoyed our time there even mostly with rainy days.

Location con vista super sul tirreno

La location gode di una posizione ottima, con grande parcheggio a 300 metri di distanza. Entrando si può godere di una vista super sul mare (l'appartamento è a 10 metri dal mare). L'appartamento è ben pulito ed in ordine, molto spazioso e confortevole. Si trova in prossimità della stazione ferroviaria e del centro cittadino. Posizionato sul lungo mare offre possibilità di ottimi ristoranti e vita notturna.

Perfect location.

The appartement has a large open plan all over and high ceilings. With all the amenitys you’ll need. From washing machin, shopping trolley bag to coffee machine and sewing kit to toaster. Location was Perfect. One minute to the restaurants and beach. We also must Thank Donatella for the information we received at arrival. It was very usefull. Due to heatwave we missed an air condition but survied with lots of fans and breeze from open windows/ doors. The high ceiling helped also. We would like to come back again to this Amazing flat with the Perfect location.

Lägenhet med fantastisk utsikt

Bra kontakt med värdinnan på distans. Väldigt fint läge och fin lägenhet. Nära till bad och restauranger. Lite svårt att hitta parkering på kvällar då många besöker området. Går dock även då att hitta plats med lite kreativitet.....
