Private bedroom with comfortable high-end medium firm queen size mattress, six-drawer dresser and full size sofa bed
Large kitchen / living room with full-size sofa bed and smart TV, with new appliances and induction plate.
Access to private patio with gas grill and furniture.
Mandatory off-street parking on the designated spot on the left to the driveway . PLEASE do not park on the driveway.
Mandatory $40 weekly cleaning fee with change of linen and towels
Close to a park with bike paths for a 15 minutes ride to downtown.

You will feel at home in the quiet and safe Willowbank area of east Davis. Just across the Mace Blvd is the El Macero golf course. The Putah creek park is 2 minutes walking distance from the studio and offers great trails for hiking and biking. The wetlands between Davis and Sacramento are 20 minutes away by bike and offer great opportunities for birdwatching and hiking.
What makes this property unique
The bus stop is 5 minutes away at the corner of Montgomery and Rosario. Please check the bus schedule online. The train station is in downtown Davis for a pleasurable trip to San Francisco, Sacramento and more.
