The studio has separate entrance but is part of 3BR/3BA house that is also available for long-term rent (>30 days)

Please don't smoke in the patio, my neighbors are sensitive. If you must , please smoke on the street.

Lovely quiet place, loved it!

Great host very easy to deal with, nice comfortable well-kept studio close to lovely walking trail, had everything I needed and nothing I didn't. Would love to stay here again. Thank you, Sam!

Nice place to stay and rest for the night.

This was the perfect place to spend the night with our dogs on our way from phoenix to portland. The secure enclosed backyard was exactly what we were looking for. Self check-in / check-out was a breeze. Thanks!

Small but perfectly formed

I was very impressed with this place. I wish I'd seen the bathroom back when I was thinking about remodeling my house so that I could have copied it. There was a minor issue with the microwave, but the owner and his partner were very responsive and helpful.
