The BnB was absolutely disgusting. It was infested with rat fecies. We couldn’t stay and had to leave 1 hour after checking in to find another place to stay.

The space had a bunch of beds and spots to sleep. The kitchen and such was well stocked, we liked the bathroom as well, with both a bath and shower. Such a charming space, well laid out, with everything we needed. We rented for 3 weeks while my daughter attended a class in Sacramento. I was worried about the summer heat on an upper floor unit, but the AC worked well and kept us comfortable. It's really a great space that felt open and spacious, while being cozy at the same time. I had never spent time in Sacramento and found it very walkable from this location. I would rent this space again.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is part of a building with two other units. All kitchen utensils provided as well as coffee/tea and basic spices for cooking. Three flat screen TVs (one in the living room and one in each bedroom) equipped with DirecTV and high-speed internet. Washer and Dryer are provided in the laundry room. Free street parking is also provided.
