Such a great place and host was wonderful and responded to questions quickly. We will definitely stay here again. Beds are comfortable and had everything that we needed.
Very nice! Clean and spacious. The only difficulty was regarding the house rule about not having guests. We like the location because our grandkids live a block away and would like to have them visit us occasionally when their house gets a bit crowded.

Hi thanks for the feedback. If you have family that you’d like to have over for short visits please let us know and we can make accommodations. 😀
My kids loved the backyard with the chickens. The weekend we were there the AC broke, since it was a cooler weekend we didn't want to hassle and find a new place. Host was very accommodating and gave us a few fans to help with the heat.
We enjoyed the stay and was happy that it was close to UC Davis medical center. We were going to bring our dog but decided to leave him home with a setter. There is however a nice green space for an animal to potty. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms are far more spacious than we thought from pictures. We would stay again if in the Sacramento area. The only drawback was the bedroom tv did not work.

Thank you for your stay, the TV in the bedroom has been replaced and updated
Very cute cottage. When originally booked, I misunderstood the hot tub in the back of the property is for guests in the ADU’s at the back of the property.Front cottage has a fire pit, back of the property has 2 rooms with a shared kitchenette and hot tub, swing set for children- which are rented out separately. ADU’s bathroom is a separate build right behind the main cottage where we stayed. We never heard the back guests at all, quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking, and suited our needs well.
Fun and unique property. Much larger than expected and just a fun place with a big backyard and lots of space to stretch out. Challenged by the lack of supplies - no paper products (paper towels, tissues); provided two coffee K-cups for three adults; Bathroom hair and soap products mostly water. Main bathroom lights and bedroom tv did not work. But- bring your own supplies and enjoy the silkies and stylish cottage.

There’s kitchen towels instead of paper towels and we don’t water down our bathroom products, there must have been some sort of mixup. Tv has been replaced and bathroom lights needed breaker reset due to hair dryer.
Please inquire about extra supplies needed during your stay, I’d love to bring extras, there’s at least 2 decaf and 2 regular K-cups during your stay and plenty of creamer and sugar.
Bathtub drain was clogged so your feet are totally submerged in water when taking a shower. Shower curtain was moldy and looked like it hadn’t been changed or even looked at in a while. Stray hairs on the walls of the bathroom. Dining table chairs are rickety and felt like they were going to break just by sitting on them. Overall the place is 4/10 stay for me, location is iffy. I would rather stay at a hotel where you can expect a clean shower. Kitchen is nice but only has bread knives no regular.
