We loved our stay, the location was perfect for walking anywhere we needed in Midtown. The space was clean and just right for the two of us. Thanks again!
This stay was exactly what we were looking for. We came in for a concert and the venue was within walking distance. On site parking made it easy to come and go as we needed. Convenient access to Old Sacramento, highways and downtown. We had a great trip. Thanks for making your home available to us.
This location was close to everything including the freeway! Close to light rail, parks, convenience store. It was extremely friendly for my furry friends. Off-street, gated parking is where the value is! Host was great, responsive.
Clean room and house. Both doors to it looked like they had been broken into at some point in the past. I liked the Kitchen utensils, but the oven did not indicate a temperature and I could not get it to start. The midtown area is exactly where I like to stay in general.

The place was clean inside and up to date. There are 3 deadbolts to get into the apartment and one did not work well. Also, I banged my head on a TV that was over the desk and moved it to one side. The desk is under a stair and a little awkward to use but functional.
Nice in-law unit in a house located in a quiet and nice neighborhood in Sacramento. Was a pleasure to stay here.

It’s a good location, close to shops and cafes. The unit was very clean except for the kitchen where the stove pipe had fallen out of the ceiling onto the stove dislodging leaves, dirt and debris over most of the kitchen making it basically unusable. I contacted the owner upon arrival and he responded promptly that he would contact the cleaner. When I returned several hours later the mess had not been cleaned and no one had followed up with me. I then sent the owner pics of the mess which included one of the stove pipe laying on the floor. I didn’t get a response from him until the next morning saying that the cleaner never got back to him. Lastly, the unit is the opposite of quiet. You can hear conversations from the neighbors, people walking in the unit above you and up and down the stairs. The neighbors in the unit next door to me had a big fight, screaming and crying in the middle of the night. I wished I had stayed in a hotel.

The outside gated parking area was nice. We felt safe and always had a spot to park.
The place is very old., but newly remodeled. It’s a very comfortable place to stay. I think we would have enjoyed it more if we didn’t have the kids with us.
The bathroom was in between the living room and bedroom. The door on the bedroom side didn’t close, it always rolled back open.
The tub/shower looked nice. It had shampoo but no soap. It’s a bit slippery and a nonslip mat would have been nice.
The living room couch makes into a bed.
We did not have sheets or pillows for the kids bed. We did find 2 blankets for the kidos.
The bedroom was very nice. The bed was really comfy. It was a bit noisy, we could hear every step etc. from the people above us.
My favorite room is the living room.
It is a very small place, but also a comfortable place to stay.
Overall the stay is just okay. The location near Sutter hospital is very good for our purposes. Plus there are a lot of places to eat at if desired. Fortunately, air conditioning was not needed as there is only one window ac available and it's not in the bedroom. Parking is a little cumbersome as the chain needs to be unlocked and parking gate opened by hand, and subsequently closed. I still appreciate the extra security for my car. Regarding the kitchen, the oven could not be light to use, and if it could be, there was no way to gauge the temperature of the oven. So that was very disappointing as I prefer to cook. I would also recommend having oil available for cooking on the stove, rather than just oil spray. Noise from the other tenants in the house is very easy to hear, and this unit is a mere extension/part of the existing home. I could easily hear talking by other tenants as if they were in the next room. Overall my wife and I will probably look for other other option next time.
Needed a place to crash for two adults and two teens visiting Sac for a day and going to a show at Golden1 Center. Easy check-in, nice and quiet. Great neighborhood for a morning stroll to coffee.
Smallest & worst toaster; no place to sit down to eat; needs a reachable outlet in kitchen; no water pressure in bathroom sink; no hairdryer as advertised; very bad internet (couldn't even download news on laptop); no sound insulation between units--could hear conversations; footsteps; video games? and constant dog barking. Not a good place to stay.
This property me all my needs. Very comfortable and the owner was courteous and quick to reply. Instructions for entry were straight forward and complete. I'll be back if I'm in the area again.
Door would not lock. Other tenants fighting at 2am. Water dripping on our faces while we slept. Owner would not reimburse. Very shady. We felt unsafe and left halfway thru stay. Owner would not reimburse. VRBO did pay for a hotel for us. Chain link fence gate to park car. Not nice.
