We loved our stay, the location was perfect for walking anywhere we needed in Midtown. The space was clean and just right for the two of us. Thanks again!
This stay was exactly what we were looking for. We came in for a concert and the venue was within walking distance. On site parking made it easy to come and go as we needed. Convenient access to Old Sacramento, highways and downtown. We had a great trip. Thanks for making your home available to us.
This location was close to everything including the freeway! Close to light rail, parks, convenience store. It was extremely friendly for my furry friends. Off-street, gated parking is where the value is! Host was great, responsive.

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
Clean room and house. Both doors to it looked like they had been broken into at some point in the past. I liked the Kitchen utensils, but the oven did not indicate a temperature and I could not get it to start. The midtown area is exactly where I like to stay in general.
The place was clean inside and up to date. There are 3 deadbolts to get into the apartment and one did not work well. Also, I banged my head on a TV that was over the desk and moved it to one side. The desk is under a stair and a little awkward to use but functional.
Needed a place to crash for two adults and two teens visiting Sac for a day and going to a show at Golden1 Center. Easy check-in, nice and quiet. Great neighborhood for a morning stroll to coffee.
This property me all my needs. Very comfortable and the owner was courteous and quick to reply. Instructions for entry were straight forward and complete. I'll be back if I'm in the area again.
Could be a A property with a little upgrade. There were several gabage cans overflowing with recycling in the parking area. I had to contact host because there was a car in the parking spot I was told to park in.He said he would contact the owner of the car and have it move. The following day the car was blocking me from leaving and I had an important appt. I contacted the host and he responded by telling me the car belonged to the other guests stay in the upstairs of the same house and gave me directions to their door. I didn't feelcomfortable knocking on someone door but did catch them outside. They were on their way out so by chance it did resolve itself. Upon arrival ther are many steps that were not easy for me. I was in Sacramento going to UCDAVIS for surgery. A heads up from the host would have been nice as I had told him I was renting for 15 days for recovery. After several attempts and key confusion I entered. The floor in front of the sink has loose boards that need fixing. The kitchen had very few dishes silverware and a mix of broken pots and pan. For a 100.00 that could be fixed with a proper set of the above mentioned. Everything else was good. As a perk they offer shampoo, conditioner and body wash. These are open bottles of Suave that others have handled. I was glad I brought my own.. The rest of the stay was good. The only other issue I had was there is construction going on next door so as far as a quiet restful space to recover this was annoying.
