The bungalow has plenty of room for 2 travelers. The bedroom is at the back of the house so noise isn’t an issue if one person is in the living room. The bathroom is small but the shelving keeps it organized. The walk in shower is roomy. The neighborhood is walkable and interesting with the many bungalow styles and beautiful landscaping. Restaurants, a coffee shop, bakeries and a brewery are within walking distance. The house makes going to downtown, midtown or the waterfront quick and relatively easy (if you avoid the freeway). This property is highly recommended.

If there was ever a perfect VRBO experience, Kevin and his home provided us exactly that! This home is not just cozy but also beautiful. Kevin has provided everything in his home that anyone could want or need.Also, the location is wonderful - so much to see and do in the neighborhood. The property was clean and in excellent condition. The size of the rental was perfect for the two of us for a long weekend. The road outside the bedroom window was a little noisy, but we ran a fan and that was sufficient white noise to let us sleep peacefully. It's a little ways from downtown, but it's a pleasant walk.

Perfect location

We stayed here for close to a week for an IronMan event and it was close to the venue, markets, and eateries. The house was clean, cute, and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again to visit Sacramento.

Lovely place
