Die Liegenschaft war bei der Ankunft nicht sauber, gemäss unserem Standart. Auch die Außenanlage war mit Unkraut und Blättern übersät. Gemäss Liegenschaftsverwaltung gab es bei den Reinigungskräften einen Reinigungsfehler beim Standort der Liegenschaft. Für den Induktionsherd gab es keine brauchbaren Pfannen zum kochen. Diese wurden am Tag darauf ersetzt. Das Mobiliar war Neuwertig im Topzustand. Die Liegenschaft liegt an der Hauptstrasse wo starker Verkehr herrscht und der Lärmpegel hoch ist. Auch die hohe Geschwindigkeit der vorbeifahrenden Autos ist gefährlich für Mensch, Kinder und Tier. Die Liegenschaften linker und rechter Hand waren im verwahrlossten Zustand auf beiden Seiten. Die Liegenschaftsverwaltung "Luigi" war professionell, zuvorkommend und freundlich.
