Gary and Nicola we very welcoming We had a most enjoyable stay.The house is new and well equipped it is warm and comfortable the sofa could be a little bit more comfortable but we were not there a lot. The beds were comfortable The garden was secure and well maintained for our little dog the house is warm and has a large drive it is a 20 min walk into Lincoln on the flat. We would return for our stay in Lincoln. Thanks Nicola and Gary

Lovely house, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Quiet area and perfect position to use as our base to visit family. The dog liked it too! Thank you Gary and Nicola. We will book again if we are in the area.
