This 2 double bedroom apartment looks out on to the whole of Lincoln City and sleeps up to 4 people. Each bedroom contains a Double bed. One of the en-suites comprises of a power shower and the other, a bath.

Equipped with basic kitchen appliances including fridge/freezer, cooker/hob, TV with freeview, free WIFI, crockery, cooking utensils plus pans for your fry-ups in the morning. Condiments including oil, salt and pepper, and sauces and also tea, coffee and sugar. Fresh towels and linen supplied. Desk and office chair available if you wish to work. Full length mirrors. Garden Terrace with table and chairs. A lovely home away from home.

The City views are incredible by day and night, which makes it stand out above the rest as this really does give you a panoramic view. You will not be disappointed. It is conveniently close by to Steep hill and the City centre for you to be able to explore, dine and shop. The apartment is situated directly next to an Orchard which you can explore and when ripe, you may pick the fruit.

Great location

No need to use the car once parked up as restaurants, shops, visitor attractions all within walking distance. Wonderful view from flat. Basic accommodation.

We were impressed with the cleaniness and space in 119 apartment

I was MOST disappointed at the location. In that we had to listen to the residents of the West Dean, Residential home opposite, Their language and drinking started at dawn and went onto dusk. The Community Park looked interesting and nicely kept, but we couldn't walk around in case we walked into a drinking enclave!

Nice local apartment

Good apartment on a quiet street within a ten minute walk of Lincoln town centre (up a steep hill on the way back so bear that in mind). It has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant location, just a short walk into the town centre, lovely little park right next door, fantastic vues from the upper apartment. Could of done with a lamp in the lounge, save using all the lights! Plus a more comfortable sofa. On the whole though a lovely apartment 😊
