Great communications, ease of check-in and the added bonus of a secure garage for parking in an otherwise, fairly busy area were solid highlights. The house suited our needs, was comfortable and quiet enough once the traffic subsided. Also pretty handy location for Lincoln centre. Plus, there's a co-op a very short walk away, when you need to get essentials.
