About this property
Quiet, spacious flat by Central Market, great location, great neighbourhood
Our flat is not a typical, modern space that you find many of on rental platforms! It has a unique vibe not only because of how we decorated it, but also because of the character of the building it’s located in. Also, the location is really convenient wherever you want to go: it's right by the central market, which is a must-see, next to Ráday utca famous for its bars and restaurants, a 5-minute walk away from the river bank and Váci utca Plus you can be on top of Gellért hill for the best views of the city in no time! Last but not least, we are very happy to share with you our favourite spots around town. :)

Emma and her partner were really friendly and respectful guests. Communication was easy and they left our home tidy and clean almost as if nobody had stayed there :) I definitely recommend them to any host and you are welcome to come back any time :)
About the host
Hosted by Laura
We are a family of three. We like to travel and we like to share our space when we are away, like back in the good old days of surfing couches. Steve is British and has been living in Budapest for almost 20 years, and he works for MSF (Doctors without borders) when his time allows. Laura is a language teacher, who used to be a tour guide in different parts of the world. Now we have a 4-year old son, Bobbi and we like to spend a lot of our time north of Budapest, in the Danube bend, where we have a small land with a yurt and a caravan.
You are very welcome to hop on a train and come visit us there :)
We enjoy spending time outdoors, on our land, in the forest, we like foraging for mushrooms, hiking, and we enjoy experimenting with some gardening on our land.

Why they chose this property
Steve has been living in the flat for almost twenty years. It is a great location both to live and to visit the city from, you can reach everywhere easily either by walking or by public transport. We love to go for walks by the river or up Gellért Hill.
