Frustrating experience. Address as well as landlord's phone number is incorrect in the listing (actual property is a block or two away from the address per the listing). Property manager didn't provide check-in details prior to our arrival - I had to chase. She didn't show up at the agreed upon time (claims my messages, sent via the VRBO app, weren't received). Waited 45 minutes and tried calling (but wrong number per the listing made that difficult) before she finally arrived. Key to the front door is almost impossible to use - we almost could not re-enter the apartment after we locked up the first time we left - had to call property manager again (this time on the right number!) before she explained how it actually works. Apartment itself is clean and nicely located but overall experience was rather frustrating.
