Located on the 2nd floor of a charming building, the flat is reached via a short staircase (around 20–30 seconds) - just enough to earn your welcome treats at the top. The slightly elevated position means brighter rooms, a bit more privacy, and nicer views, while the central location brings a touch of Brighton’s evening buzz. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV equipped with Netflix and Amazon Prime, keeping you connected and entertained.
Relaxing Living & Dining Space:
The stylish living and dining area is ideal for unwinding or spending time with loved ones. Share meals, stream your favorite shows, or relax with a book in a space designed to feel like home. The living area also features a sofa bed that converts into a double bed, making this apartment ideal for families and groups.

The fully fitted kitchen includes all the essentials: crockery, cutlery, glassware, and cookware. Complete with a microwave, washing machine, and ample counter space, it’s perfect for preparing meals during short or extended stays.

1. This property requires stair access, which may limit suitability for individuals with mobility concerns.
2. Only one parking space is available at the property on first come first serve basis and the same is shared amongst 4 flats and a shop. It is managed by the landlord and is outside our control. Landlord charges £20 per day (not per night). e.g. for 1 night stay, it would be £40.
Guest Access:
- You’ll have private access to the entire apartment via a lockbox for self check-in.
- Please note, the lead guest for group bookings must be aged 25 or older.
- Unbeatable Location in Brighton Central - You’ll have the Brighton Central beachfront at your doorstep, plus easy access to fantastic transport links. Pool Valley Coach Station, serving National Express Coaches and major local bus routes, is moments away. Brighton Train Station is just a 10-minute walk, or hop on a bus that stops directly outside the flat every two minutes.

2. Brighton Beach: A 3-4 minute walk (275 meters) from your location. Brighton Beach is an iconic pebble beach known for its vibrant atmosphere and stunning views.
