8 person holiday home in Nakskov

Very cozy vacation home in a quiet area on Vesternæs Beach, only 300 meters from the beach, where you can swim from the jetty. The vacation home has terraces with morning and afternoon sun. One terrace is partially covered and has an awning, garden furniture, and sun loungers. Small purchases can be made at the nearby campsite during the summer months. Langø has a cozy fishing and yacht harbor, about 3 km from the house. If you want to see what else Lolland has to offer, we recommend Dodekalitten and Knuthenborg Safari Park or the Medieval Center. The vacation home has three bedrooms; one with a double bed and one with two single beds, the third bedroom is in a separate annex with a double bed and bunk beds with two berths. The open-plan kitchen in the house is equipped with a coffee machine, induction stove, separate oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There is also a 60-liter freezer in the shed opposite the front door. The vacation home has two bathrooms; one with a toilet and sink, the other with a toilet, sink, shower, washing machine, and dryer. The living room has a TV with Chromecast and free internet, as well as a DVD player. From the living room, you have access to the semi-covered terrace and large garden. The vacation home is situated on a 1,800 m² plot, offering plenty of space for playing and sunbathing. For the youngest guests, there is a large swing in the garden, and for older children and adults, there is darts. There is a charcoal grill on the terrace, so you can enjoy the evening after a walk on the nearby beach. No rentals to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
