The house, modest in size but very comfortable, is about 1.5 km from the beaches of Imperia Borgo Prino and from the renowned cycle path, which connects Imperia with Ospedaletti and always runs close to the sea and offers a route through the most touristic villages of the Riviera dei Fiori from Riva Ligure via Arma di Taggia to Sanremo: the sea on one side and the hinterland on the other. Truly sensational! Bring your bicycles and take advantage of it (you can also rent them on site at a reasonable price).

The accommodation is located on the ground floor and consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons and a kitchenette with everything you need to cook and relax. The accommodation also has 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. All guests have at their disposal: a 4-burner gas cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, toaster, kettle, washing machine, hair dryer, air conditioning and independent heating, wi-fi internet connection, and a small terrace equipped with table and chairs. The terrace will offer excellent opportunities for an aperitif after the beach!
