The apartment opens onto a large hallway, connecting the living area to the first sleeping area. To the left, there is a living room divided into a relaxation area and a dining area, all surrounded by large windows overlooking the terraces. To the right, you access the first sleeping area, where there is a bedroom with a double bed, a room with 2 single beds (one of which pulls out from under the other), and a bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower. From the living room, you then enter a second area of the house, where you will find the kitchen, a bedroom with bunk beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub.
The apartment is fully equipped. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, oven and stove, and a set of crockery, plates, glasses, and cutlery for at least 6 people. On the terraces, you will find 2 deck chairs and a table to enjoy the cool air and the mountain view. In the living room, there is a flat-screen TV and two large 3-seater sofas, as well as an armchair.
The condominium is located 400 meters from the center of Moggio, the highest locality on the Valsassina plateau, with its 890 meters above sea level.

Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
