A luxurious apartment in a private condominium with ocean views. Brand new and fully finished to a very high standard, the location of the apartment is splendid... a short walk from the beach and 3 mins drive to the town of Lourinhã with all its facilities from supermarkets to museums, farmer's markets to cafes. Lisbon and its international airport are a short 40 mins drive. There is Fibre Wifi, Smart TV and air conditioning through out the apartment.
Located in the ground floor, the apartment entrance leads to a spacious living room and fully fitted modern designer kitchen that has everything to make your cooking easy but special.
The 2 bedrooms, with large comfortable beds, are beautifully decorated with 2 marble bathrooms (one is ensuite bathroom) and fitted cupboards. The area opens to a large terrace - perfect for relaxing in the sun whilst enjoying the sunset views and alfresco dinning. There is also a separate laundry room with washer dryer. An open but covered parking space is available in the level below the whole block of the apartments.
