This lovingly renovated chalet is quietly situated on a hill above Kaprun – all for you alone. Perfect for families or small groups of up to 6 adults and 4 children. Here you will find a loving home and a warm-hearted host who has furnished it with great care and personality.

Inside, you will find a spacious living room with a fireplace, a kitchen (including a fondue and raclette set), a bedroom with a double bed and two further bedrooms with double beds and double loft beds (mattresses directly under the roof – ideal for children, but not for adults).

Hiking trails start right outside the front door, and in winter the ski bus stop is right next to the house. Thanks to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier, snow is guaranteed almost all year round. Wildlife fans will enjoy animal visitors – a curious fox regularly stops by.

Access is directly from the main road (steep driveway). There is a small cable car for luggage. The large natural garden is a paradise for playing and relaxing.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
