Nestled amidst the ski resorts of Zell am See/Kaprun and Kitzbühel/Kirchberg, this beautiful chalet is centrally located in the charming village of Niedernsill in the Salzburg region. It's a semi-detached house, with the right half entirely to yourselves. Thanks to its spacious layout spread over three floors, it's an ideal holiday home for friends or families.

Niedernsill is an ideal base for a holiday in both summer and winter. There are numerous activities available in the immediate vicinity, including mountain biking, golfing, hiking, glacier skiing, paragliding, horseback riding, and, of course, relaxation. In winter, the slopes of Kitzbühel and Zell am See are just a short drive away.

The ground floor features a living room with an open-plan kitchen. From here, you have direct access to the large terrace and garden. As an added bonus, there's a basement with a ski storage room, and after a wonderful day in the snow, a great hike, or a mountain bike tour, you can unwind in your own private wellness area with a sauna.

If you rent a cot and a highchair for the baby, linens and towels are also provided.
