The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The positive about this place is that it is a smaller 2 story building so the beach area was not crowded at all. Plenty of space and not sitting on top of others on a crowded beach was awesome! This condo is clearly older with some remodeling. It smelled really musty all week. The sofas also smelled dirty and musty. We also had a leak on the 3rd day right above the toilet in the bathroom. It started late evening and got worse as the night progressed so we didn't get to call maintenance until the next morning. Office is supposed to open at 9 but no one answered until 9:30. The girl said someone would come check within the hour. 2 hours later still no one, so we went by the office. She said the maintenance guy had to leave property but would be back soon. I also asked if he could take a look at the dryer as it was making loud rattling noises when it was running. We left to do some shopping and came back around 4:00. Had not heard anything from the office so we went by there again. She said that they fixed it and discovered that the leak was coming from the toilet in the unit above us. Gross! They never fixed the dryer either. Honestly, I would not recommend this condo for rental. We paid almost $3000 for 7 nights, so I don't really think it was worth it for the condition of the condo. Again, the only positive was the non-crowded beach area. Would not stay here again.
