Location was excellent. Away from business of Princes ST, but easily walkable to there. Very safe neighborhood with ample choices for cafe & food. Tram and train station right across the street.Room was clean and supplied. Must note that there is no elevator and my room was on 3rd floor. Weather was unusually warm, but sufficed with a fan and room was prepared for ventilation with opened windows
