First, the good – the property was as depicted on the website, it was quite spacious, clean, and with comfortable beds. The location was great – with easy access to the lake, ferry station, and restaurants and activities on the west side of town. The unit felt quite secure with a web link entry into the building and a keyed door entry.There were several small issues. Wi-Fi coverage did not extend throughout the unit, particularly to the bedrooms in the far reaches of the unit. Hot shower water was a bit inconsistent – usually worked but a couple of times there were cold showers. A problem that seems common with many units managed by property management companies, communication was often delayed – waiting several days for questions to be answered before our arrival. Overall, we had a nice stay there.

Great property for our large group. The property was clean and in a great location. However, the WiFi does not work outside of the living room. One of the main outlets was not working in the kitchen. The kitchen was also lacking some utensils that we could have used for cooking. The check in process was not good. We were never able to get a working code for the main door and simply had to do with letting each other in, or using the one physical key we had.

This was a great location in Como. Right behind the Duomo. Highly recommended.
