Apartment have direct access to beach where you can enjoy in the sun and sea on free available beach chairs and umbrellas for every guest. There is a shower on the beach free for guests.The apartment offertwo spacious bedrooms with king sized beds, make up tables and air conditioners. One bedroom have privatebathroom with shower. Second bathroom have also shower and a washing machine. Apartment have a big merged space where is setted a kitchen, dining room and living room from where you can enjoy in sea viewbecause it is connected with exit to balcony. On the balcony there are chairs and table so you can enjoy your meals or just relaxwith sound of waves. Nearby Apartment in walking distance you have everything you need. There are restaurants and bars just few minutes away, markets are about 300 meters far from apartment. On the beach nearby you can also enjoy in watersports where you can rent a jetski.

Apartment is only few steps away from the large and spacious beach on the beautiful adriatic sea. On the beach you can find chairs and umbrellas so you can spend all day on the beach.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Modern, clean, well equipped, gorgeous view!! Easy beach access with umbrella and beach chairs available. Stipe was friendly and very informative with area and restaurant recommendations within walking. Once again, the beach front view is spectacular, and I would highly recommend staying here

Great stay!

Fenomenal place, simply awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone. Great stay, private beach, umbrellas, beach chairs 💺 and a lots of other available equipment. High-end vacation!

Had a great stay at Stipe's Apartment Tanita. Direct beach access and use of sun loungers and umbrellas was fabulous. The apartment is exactly as stated and pictured. Stipe was really helpful in allowing us to leave bags prior to check in and we were actually able to check in early which was great - thank you Stipe. It's also lovely to walk along the beach to various restaurants

High-end vacation!

Very nice apartment in Podstrana, right on the beach. Great for people who want to be in this area. However, not a great location to visit Split. Road is very congested with heavy traffic. Restaurants in the area are a bit over priced. Beach is OK but not great.

Brilliant service!

Stipe was very friendly and helpful before and after our arrival. He gave us a lot of tips regarding the restaurants and boat/scooter rentals in Podstrana and Split. He was also flexible with our arrival time. The apartment is amazing, very clean. Also the beach right in front of the apartment is really quiet and not crowded at all. You can have a relaxing sunbathing and swim. I can only recommend.

A great end to our Croatian holiday

This is a fantastic apartment right on the beach. It has its own sun loungers, umbrellas, a beach shower and some great food options 2 minutes walk in either direction. There is a bakery almost opposite, and a supermarkets close by too. The beds were very comfortable (even the sofabed), and air conditioning in both bedrooms plus the lounge. Great shower, whole place super clean and tidy, kitchen well equipped. Stipe was super accommodating and gave us an early check in plus a late check out. He also had plenty of tips for things to do and restaurants, parking etc. On check in he didn't just show us the apartment, but took us down to the beach to point out everything else that was available. A great host!

Superb, superb!!

Am petrecut un sejur minunat la Luxury Apartments Tanita din Podstrana, Croația! Totul a fost perfect – apartamentul este foarte spațios, curat și extrem de bine întreținut, cu un design modern și elegant. Am fost impresionați de vederea superbă și de localizarea excelentă – chiar pe plajă, ceea ce ne-a oferit o experiență de neuitat. Gazdele au fost foarte primitoare și atente, totul a decurs impecabil. Este locul ideal pentru o vacanță liniștită, relaxantă și totodată luxoasă. Cu siguranță vom reveni! Recomandăm cu toată încrederea!

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit sensationellen Meerblick.

Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer und ist mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen perfekt für einen Badeurlaub ausgestattet. Der Strand ist mit einem feinen Kies ausgestattet und gut zugängig. Eine überschaubare Anzahl von Badegästen am Strand ermöglicht einen ruhigen Badetag. Meerwasser war sehr sauber und warm. Aufgrund der Nähe zum Meer (ca. 20-30m) ohne Überquerung einer Straße oder ählichem war ein Pool nicht notwendig. Kurze Fahrtstrecke nach Split, Trogir und Omis, wo auch für eine kulturelle Abwechslung gesorgt ist. Wir haben vom Vermieter auch sehr gute Tips per Whatsup für Restaurants, Parkplätze etc. erhalten.

Wyjątkowy apartament na plaży, cichy, czysty, nowoczesny, bardzo pomocny gospodarz.

Apartament rewelacyjny, dwie sypialnie, dwie łazienki, duży salon z kuchnią i tarasem. Bardzo czysty i nowocześnie urządzony. Klimatyzacja w każdym pomieszczeniu, indywidualnie sterowana. Widok na morze i uczucie jakbyś był na statku - to poprzez bliskość morza. Żadnych odgłosów z ulicy. Kompletna cisza, tylko szum fal. Plaża sprzątana codziennie przez panią z obsługi. Bezpłatne leżaki i parasole. Parking bezpłatny. W budynku mieszka brat gospodarza, co gwarantuje spokój i całkowite bezpieczeństwo. Plac zabaw. Idealny dla rodzin z dziećmi. Naprawdę warto.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Apartmán je hned u moře,vše odpovídalo popisu.Vybaveni apartmánu nadstandardní. Hostitel Stipe aktivně komunikoval. Hlučná ulice za domem,neruší. Vše je blízko pekárna,obchody, restaurace,dětské hřiště. Krásné procházky po pláži. Doporučuji a rádi se vrátíme.

Major-league holiday!

Das Apartment war super schön und sauer! Direkt am Strand und mit einem schönen Blick aufs Meer. Haben gleich viele Empfehlungen bezüglich Restaurants und Orten vom Gastgeber bekommen. Stipe war super freundlich und gut erreichbar. Bäckerei und Supermärkte sind zu Fuß in paar Minuten zu erreichen.
