Flat in split was a really nice place with lots of room and an awsome terrase. The host sipe was really helpful with recommending things to do and inform us of the things we needed to know and we recommend this flat fully!

Hi the place was very clean and spacious. We loved the big balcony which was good to enjoy the weather as a whole family. The kitchen was very clean and all you need was available. Awesome top floor with a large terrace and patio furniture. The apartment was modern and spotless with great amenities. Garage parking for two cars. Wonderful setting for family or friends. Conveniently located to grocery stores and the Mall of Split. The host Stipe is awesome. Highly recommended

Stipe was very flexible with check in as we had an early flight.He met us as we arrived, and was very helpful, informative and friendly. The flat is spotless and has everything you need.Uber easy to get ,and reasonable as too far to walk into Old Split.A very enjoyable stay and great value.The photos accurately portray the high standard of the interior.

Stipe was a great host very kind and easy to communicate, and quick responses. Amazing apartment and great recommendations, a private and peaceful location with accessible stores local to walk to and easy pickup location for Ubers or bolts when needing to travel to various locations all for a great price.

Sehr schönes Penthouse Apartment mit riesiger Terrasse

Wir waren Ende Mai in dem Apartment und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Besonders praktisch fanden wir den Tiefgaragenstellplatz, von dem aus man bequem mit dem Fahrstuhl zum Apartment gelangt. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke.Das Highlight ist definitiv die große Terrasse, die sich um das halbe Apartment zieht und auf einer Seite einen schönen Blick auf die Berge bietet.Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Er hat uns die Wohnung persönlich gezeigt und hilfreiche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in Split gegeben.Wir können das Apartment weiterempfehlen!
