About this property

Sunny & Stylish Seafront Apartment overlooking the Ocean, Old Town and Marina

Welcome to my sunny oasis! Soak up the sun on a bench overlooking the city's red rooftops and the mountains and ocean beyond. This light-filled retreat takes up a whole floor of a stunning 1920s Italian villa, blending contemporary monochrome and dark wooden furniture. Flat is over 100 sqm large and comprises of three bedrooms, one full size bathroom and one ensuite with washer/dryer, two balconies, large living & dining area connected to fully equipped kitchen facing the ocean. The ensuite master bedroom is fitted with king size bed, ample storage space, its own balcony where you can enjoy breakfast with the sound of bird chirping from the nearby park forest Marjan (make sure you stroll through it). Second bedroom is overlooking the marina, the West Coast and the ferry port. It is equipped with a large king-size bed, nightstands and a navy three-wing wardrobe.
The third room has a single bed that can be expanded into a small double bed and a wardrobe.
However, my favorite part of the house is the living / dining area. There used to be additional two bedrooms in this space, but we decided to knock those down and extend the lovely living / dining area to cover more than 50 sqm. We love to spend time relaxing on the sofa, eating fresh seafood on the full size wooden table we got made or enjoy a glass of wine from the balcony and watch the yachts come and go. Make sure you make use of this space and do let me know if you spot a dolphin in the distance. You might notice that this is my favorite animal from the artwork in the bathroom and they tend to roam around in the area. Perfect for family of four

We had a lovely few days in this conveniently located apartment.Easy walks to the “old town” and swimming spots and 2 mins to the grocery store, a bakery and ice cream! Apartment is great - spacious, well stocked and pretty view. Excellent meals at Markus (inc view!) and local deliciousness of all sorts at Uje in the old town (inc vegan options)

The property was really nice, clean and comfortable. Offers a great amount of towels, cleaning goods and toiletries. It has a laundry machine which is very convenient. The owner was very helpful and sent us useful information about the area, dining options and activities. Communication was fast and helpful. It is located very close to the marina and there is a supermarket very close. The area is very calm, and quiet so we were able to relax and rest. We had a great time and definitely enjoyed our stay at this property!!!

Amazing apartment

The photos do not do justice to this apartment. It has a beautiful view of the harbor. It is very spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped to make complete meals. The apartment is close to grocery stores. The hostess Inga is both charming and easy to reach with any questions. She also left ice cream, beer and fruit for us which was such a lovely touch. It was quite warm during our stay and the air conditioning worked well.

Beautiful Split apartment

I had an absolutely amazing stay at the flat in Split! Not only was it conveniently close to the city centre, but it was also just a stone's throw away from the beach. The location couldn't have been better. I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Bojan and Inga, the hosts of the flat. They were incredibly helpful and provided me with fantastic recommendations for exploring the city. Their local insights truly enhanced my experience and made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this flat to anyone visiting Split. You'll have the best of both worlds with easy access to the city centre and the beach. Why they chose this property

As a child, I used to spend countless hours roaming around the old town, hiking in the park forest Marjan and practicing waterpolo for the local team. The best location to get to all of these three areas is from the location of the apartment you will be staying in. I knew that one day I want to also own a place which has the unique benefit of being super central but at the same time also remote enough so that you can be in the ocean in 5 minutes as well as in the forest.
