It is new villa very modern decorated and located on large private land of more than 1500 square meters surrended by hundreds of olive trees. We have private heated swimming pool only for our guests, few large terraces, barbique area, table tennis, small field for bowling and mini golf, small private football field and even garden only for our guests.

Great property

The house and garden were very nice. However listing address did not exist in "google maps" therefore we had to meet Owner to arrive at property. Ordered food and driver had difficulty finding property. Came home from downtown split the next evening and it took us 45 minutes to figure out how to find the house.

Perfect spot for relaxing in Split

The villa in Split was perfect for our family of four. After a week of site seeing in central Europe the villa offered the relaxation near the sea that we were looking for. The property was beautiful with many flowers and outdoor amenities for the family. We spent our days swimming and cooking on the outdoor grill. The grocery store, mall and the city center were a short drive away. Gordon was a welcoming host. Would like to have stayed longer. Split is a lovely place to visit.
