We will be happy to welcome you to our villa located in a strategic position 5 minutes from Sarzana and the beaches of Marinella and Versilia.
The house is immersed in the quiet of 3000 square meters of olive grove. In 20 minutes by car you can reach the Cinque Terre, Lerici, Porto Venere and the characteristic Carrara Marble Quarries.
The apartment is all yours and you can also use the private parking in front of the house. At your disposal you will find deckchairs, barbecue, table and chairs in the garden.
We offer you an apartment all yours, consisting of 2 large double bedrooms furnished with a double bed + 1 single bed per room, a bathroom and a kitchen / dining room, furnished with antique furniture.
At your disposal you will find deckchairs, barbecue, table and chairs in the garden for eating outside.
You can also use the private parking in front of the house.
Wireless internet is included in the price.
On request it is possible to use a washing machine located in the garage adjacent to the apartment.
