Villa Gabriel is a single-level house, consisting of 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of them en suite) located in a quiet area of the Torre Soli residential area.
The house has been recently renovated with exquisite taste with a simple and modern decoration with warm colors and good quality materials.
The Villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the living room.
Open kitchen with modern style island, fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, washing machine.
Nice terrace with sofas table and chairs.
Private pool with solarium with hammocks and umbrella.
Capacity for 5 people.

The house rules do not allow the organization of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a mandatory deposit of 150€ per person for groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by card before arrival and will be returned upon departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days.

The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax to sustainable tourism for all tourists who travel to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is 2.20€ per adult per night (starting from the eighth night, the price is reduced to 1.10€ per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival.
