Welcome to Kassa Blanca on the private side of Lake Anna! You and your guests will make a lifetime's worth of memories at this beautiful waterfront home. Enjoy the 250 feet of waterfront, large dock and boathouse, fire pit, outdoor shower, Trex deck and stone patio, all just steps to the water. Take the kayaks or stand up paddle boards out and cruise around the lake, fish off the dock, play games on the gently sloping lawn, have breakfast in the garden or enjoy happy hour on the screened-in porch. There is also a hot tub where you can take in the amazing view while letting all your cares slip away!

When you are inside this immaculate home, you will enjoy the quartz counter tops and spotless appliances in the newly updated kitchen, renovated bathrooms, three 50-inch+ smart TV's, luxury master bath and tasteful decor with over 3000 sq feet of living space! **2024 updates: new floors installed throughout the upper level and new outdoor shower. The house has everything you could need for a perfect family getaway! The fees include full linen service, towels, trash removal, and maid service. We have thought of every detail so all you have to worry about is enjoying all the lake has to offer.

Great Getaway!!!

First place we stayed on the lake that gave us access to the dock and boat lift and paddle boards in the garage! As described but so much more! Highly recommend staying here!

Great views of the lake, that was probably our favorite. The dock was fantastic, plenty of space in the house for everyone, beds were very comfortable, kitchen was very well stocked in terms of cooking gear, and necessary, glasses, silverware plates, etc. The proximity to Lagoon two was fantastic, that’s where we spend most of our time out on the lake. The only criticism would be some of the electrical… A few of the lights flicker, especially when turned up to brighter settings, and a few bulbs need to be replaced in the kitchen and master bedroom. That was a fairly minor thing, didn’t affect the quality of our stay.

Great get away ! The kitchen was well stocked and location was tranquil. The host was also very accommodating and great at communicating. Was a bit cold to get in water but loved the views from the house.

Another incredible stay!

This was our 4th year staying at Kassablanca, and we still love every minute of it. We do have to save up all year to afford this fantastic place, but it is worth it. And the owners are SO responsive if you have any question or concern! Highly recommend!

Perfect week at the lake!

Beautiful house with fantastic wide, gorgeously landscaped, nearly level lakefront & all the lake “toys” you’ll need. Lots of gathering spaces, an amazing dock, & comfortable beds; well equipped kitchen too. Quiet cove with clear deep water. Will definitely try to book again!!!!

Kasa Blanca.

This is the second stay at Kasa Blanca for our group & we were very excited for a return visit. The home is lovely, very well equipped & offers a beautiful view of the lake. Had the weather been warmer we would have taken advantage of all the lake toys provided. Next time! Our group visits Lake Anna on average of twice per year. This is indeed the perfect Lake Anna waterfront home.

Another perfect stay!

We just love this place so much. SO clean, so gorgeous, so well-appointed! The large screened-in porch w/ fans, the large dock with a fabulous covered seating area, again with fans, were our favorite places to be. It was scorching hot our whole week this time, so we were wishing the air and the water was about 8 degrees cooler, but you cannot control the weather. The kayaks and canoe, the paddle boards, and all the floaties are gems. We were missing the floating platform this year, but the handyman told us that people go fishing all the time and get their hooks stuck in it, and that's why they get so damaged. A shame, but not the owners' fault. We are already looking forward to returning next year!

We loved everything about this house. The house is filled with sunlight through the large windows. The beds were comfortable and clean. There are four sitting areas so that you can be together or spread out. The hot tub, fire pit and dock gave us a lot of things to do. We used the kayaks, canoe and my favorite was the swing on the dock. Everyone loved the house.

Great place for multigenerational family stay. Little beach was perfect for the five and unders while the older kids loved all the water toys. Be sure to bring sand toys and other toys for younger kids to make it the completely perfect stay.

This property had great views, was clean and check-in was very amooth. Sheets and towels were high quality, beds were comfortable and house was very well-stockeed. Only negativez were the HEAT of the water - not at all refreshing and we never swam after first day novelty wore off and would have liked the outdoor areas leaf blown before we arrived. Wvwn balconies were overrun with dead leaves. Just would have been a nice touch. Otherwise we wnjoyed our week but would rent on public side next time, where the water is at least not HOT!

1st visit to Lake Anna

We had a great stay at Kassablanca!! The grandkids had a blast playing in the water! Several of us went kayaking! The neighborhood was great for the kids to bike ride, and for me to do my morning walks! The house is amazing!!! Absolutely beautiful! And plenty of space for us to spread out! The view is beautiful!! The dock was a great place to chill!

Beautiful retreat!

This was our third year here and it didn’t disappoint! We especially love the many gathering spaces, indoors & out, the large dock with water “toys” and the lovely landscaping. Serene yet convenient to a grocery store, restaurants, and breweries. Perfect!

Very clean, house was exactly as pictured on VRBO, beds were comfortable (pillows, not so much), everything you need to enjoy the lake (rented a boat on the public side), relaxing. One of the best features were the 4 dogs across the cove who very much enjoyed frolicking in the water!

Bachelorette Party

We stayed 2 nights. The house was very clean! Property owner was responsive when we had questions. Lake access was great short walk from the house to the dock. Area was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend this home and would stay here again in the future!
