Royal Kahana is a beachfront resort on the West side between the Ka'anapali and Kapalua! This studio unit has King bed and twin sleeper sofa. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counters tops and full-size appliances. Flat screen high-definition TV, free long distance to U.S. and Canada and free wireless internet. Enjoy some of the greatest sunsets & watch whales (seasonal) dolphins and turtles from the living room! Royal Kahana is centrally located to many restaurants and shops. Just a short walk to enjoy a variety of restaurant choices like Maui Brewing Company, China Boat, Dollies, miso phat and more! Kahana is just a short drive to dining and entertainment at Whaler's Village in Ka'anapali, and championship golf courses in Kapalua.
Approximately 431 sq. ft. Minimum 4-night stay. 17.962% State taxes added to all rates. There is a $185.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on total amount of rental. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional.
Royal Kahana charges a parking fee of eighteen dollars ($18.00 USD) per night plus applicable tax for the first one months' stay, followed by ten dollars ($10.00 USD) per night plus applicable tax, thereafter.
Guests are asked to check in at the front desk between the hours of 8:00 am until 8:00 pm to pay for parking and receive a parking permit. Guests arriving after 8:00 pm, will register their vehicle at the night-watch desk. Information collected on the vehicle registration form will include guests name, unit number, arrival date and time, and departure date. Guests will be directed to visit the front desk the following morning to pay for parking and receive a permit. Vehicles without a permit after 48 hours will be subject to being towed.
Quam Properties provides basic amenities like bath towels. We also provide a starter kit of laundry detergent, dryer sheet, dish pods, shampoo, conditioner, soap and more!
Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.

We are a family owned and operated management company with over 25 years experience in Hawaii. We have a full service, dedicated, friendly staff, and attention to details are our primary concern.
Our services include Luxury Vacation Rentals and Concierge Service, Property Management, Association and Project Management, Long Term Rentals, and Real Estate Sales. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Hawaiian time.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
2. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
3. For a cancellation notice received more than 14 days before the check-in date, a refund will not be issued, other than the departure cleaning fee.
4. This loss can be avoided if Travel Protection Insurance was purchased, and the reason for cancellation is covered under the travel insurance policy. All reservation changes must be acknowledged in writing.
5. Owner/Agent Cancellation Policy: In the unlikely event that the Property becomes unavailable for any part of the tenancy, Owner/Agent reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Such reasons may include, but will not be limited to, unforeseen repairs, service, maintenance, or any other reason the Owner/Agent deems necessary. Owner and/or Agent may cancel this Agreement and refund in full to the Guest all payments made. The agent will assist in procuring similar alternative accommodation should this situation arise. Guest agrees that any claims against Owner/Agent arising out of performance or non-performance under this agreement shall be limited to a full refund of all consideration previously tendered by Guest.
