Lovely one bedroom home conveniently located on the first floor of the Royal Kahana Resort with a view of the ocean and pool from the lanai. This oceanfront resort is one of Maui’s best-kept secrets. We clean and sanitize the property before each guest arrives.
The home has everything you would come to expect in a vacation home including renovated kitchen with full amenities, bathroom and shower, in unit washer / dryer, free HS Wifi available for internet and TV viewing on flat screen TVs.

The space:

Bedroom: King Bed and Living Room: Queen Pullout Sofa Bed

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, wine fridge, optional daily cleaning, private furnished lanai overlooking the ocean, and much more.

The unit includes other amenities such as: beach towels, beach bag, an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Other things to note

- Community amenities include a heated swimming pool, Guest Parking (Paid by Guest), several BBQ Stations, fitness center, meeting rooms, on site building management, and on-site security.
- Tranquil location right on Kahana Bay! - Enjoy direct access to swimming, surfing, scuba diving, walking trails, sightseeing, golf, restaurants, shops and resorts!
- Tour Packages - I have heard Valley Isle Excursions is a good choice for tours such as The Road to Hana. Their website says they pickup and drop off at the Royal Kahana. There is a lot of information about their tours on their site.

The Royal Kahana has a large oceanfront swimming pool, BBQ area, and a complete on-site fitness room.

Across the street is Kahana Gateway Plaza, a small shopping mall with several great shops and restaurants including the Maui Brewing Co., Hawaiian Village Coffee, Maui Dive Shop, Whaler's convenience store, McDonalds and several other shops.

Lahaina, Kaanapali, and Kapalua are minutes away, as are many world class beaches. D T Fleming beach is just north and has been voted one of the best beaches in the world. Visit active Lahaina, a hot spot for whaling history, contemporary art, and late-night fun.

At Kaanapali Beach Resort, people-watch at Whalers Village, always full with beach activity. Discover nature-made Kapalua Resort, a stunning sanctuary of beautiful bays, walking trails, Championship golf at both the Kapalua Golf Course (home of the annual SBS PGA Tour Championship) and the Royal Kaanapali Golf Club.

We recommend Kapalua Beach in the early mornings for the best snorkeling thats only 5 minutes away by car. If you need equipment there is a Snorkel Bobs across the street from our home or you can buy a set of equipment at the Times supermarket.

Welcome the sun on a morning stroll along the ocean and enjoy ocean views from open-air lanai. Marvel at humpback whales slapping and rolling so close to shore December through April! Enjoy the visit from the Green Sea Turtles who frequent our area.
