There are two disabled parking spaces in front of the apartment, taken on a first come basis. There is also an unloading area at the property and free parking available a short walk away in Piazza Della Repubblica or paid parking is available in the adjacent street, Via Novembre 4.

In the centre of Valeggio Sul Mincio there are many restaurants offering the famous "nodo d'amore" - handmade Tortellini created in Valeggio Sul Mincio. There are also many bars, café’s, shops, pharmacies and supermarkets very close to the apartment.

Valeggio Sul Mincio also has the Scaligero medieval castle and the beautiful village of Borghetto on the River Mincio all close by within walking distance of the property. Lake Garda is very close by with the lakeside town of Peschiera Del Garda less than 10 Kilometres away, Sirmione, Desanzano, Gardaland, Movieland and Acqua Parks are also close by and the historic cities of Verona, Brescia and Mantova are also a short drive away.

The apartment is perfectly situated for exploring Valeggio Sul Mincio, Borghetto, Parco Sigurtà, to play golf, or to go fishing on the river Mincio or to cycle on many beautiful cycling routes from Peschiera to Borghetto, Mantova and Verona. Sailing and Boating are available on beautiful Lake Garda.

Motorsports enthusiasts will be ideally placed for visiting Brescia home to the Mille Miglia, the Nuvolari Museum in Mantova as well as the home of Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, Ducatti, Pagani and numerous other museums in Bologna, Modena and Maranello, which are all within a comfortable driving distance.
