Naturally well-lit spacious, 3 bedroom/ 2 bath
Both 3 bedrooms are furnished with comfortable queen beds for sleeping 6 people.

The living room is fully furnished and very relaxing. The sun lounge also is fully furnished and opens up to beautiful balcony.
Guests can enjoy an afternoon of fun and relaxing and later watch the sunset from the sun lounge.

The dining room has a large dining table with 6 chairs.

Lovely

Great layout and space for us. Great location. Shortage of working lamps and no ceiling lights in some rooms. BBQ would have been nice and chairs on the deck. I would ask cleaners to be more thorough. Violet was very responsive and our stay was great.

Thank you for your review. All ideas are welcome so I can improve. I did not put out door chairs on the deck because of constant rain. As the weather improves, I certainly will. BBQ are a fire hazard. I notice the one you used burnt the green grass completely. Thank you for staying. You are welcome to come back anytime.

Quiet Area, Spacious Property

This property was located in a quiet neighbourhood. The unit was spacious and clean. However, there were some maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. In the lower bathroom; the drain plug in the sink was not attached having to be closed manually when in use, large fan in hallway didn't work and some electric outlets had no power..

Thank you for your comments. The bathroom stopper was broken by the previous guests and did not give me time to get it repaired. The light switch had to be turned on to turn on the power on the electric sockets. I replaced the fan in the front hall with an air conditioning in the lounge. Also getting another air conditioning for upstairs for the bedrooms. P/S can I claim damage from the deposit when guests breaks things like that plug.

A week stay

The house was way bigger than expected and included comfy specious common areas; however, the beds were quite small, there was no ceiling lights in majority of the rooms, there was mold in the grout of the bathroom tiles, there was not enough towels (4), not enough toilet paper (4). The kitchen appliances were still dirty (blender) and garbage left on the back deck when we checked in. With a few improvements, this would have been a more enjoyable stay.

Thank you Amanda for your comments. Vacational rental is not quite like a hotel. For long stay I assume you bring your own, I only provide enough toilet paper and towels to get you settled in. You checked in as 2 guests that's why I left 4 set of towels (ie extra 2 sets). I do not understand what you mean by beds being small. There were 3 double beds for the 2 of you to choose from. I am sorry about the garbage but in our area it is collected once a week. I am in the middle of upgrading my bathroom. You will never have the same problem again.

One night stopover

My stay was very pleasant. Took me a little time to figure out how to work the lock when I went for a walk. Bed was very comfortable . Kitchen/dining area was more than adequate. Tv didn't have as many available stations as I'm used to , but no big deal . Bathroom was clean with lots of towels. The many levels were interesting but would be dangerous for elderly people.

Very spacious comfortable property with lots of extras (pantry staples, bath products etc.). While I do agree with other reviews that the property is in need of some TLC (paint job, cosmetic upgrades), it certainly wouldn’t stop me from booking a second stay.

Full House in Moncton

Location was very good. Close to downtown and quiet. Lots of space and places to sleep. Air-conditioning upstairs would be nice in summer. In August 2021, it was pretty warm and the upstairs was quite hot and stuffy. Other than that not other recommendations.

Nice space in house

I enjoyed the space of tbs house. Rooms are nice, beds are comfortable. The big living room is cozy. The walls could use a washing though. It made me question for cleaniness of areas that could be seen. I would definitely stay again.

Thanksgiving weekend 2020 We were more than please with this home, it’s location made it it easy to get to everything. It was clean, very spacious and comfortable. We will definitely be looking at returning to this location.

My Family & I had a wonderful stay! Thank you for answering me right away & coming to fix the power upstairs for the lights, fans & air conditioner. The only thing I would have changed: having an air conditioner downstairs as the kitchen & living room gets extremely hot! Overall, thank you for the wonderful stay!

Clean large house, well locsted. But no grill, no outside table or chairs. No central air condition ther was a unit in the ling room only. We were six missing boles, wine glasses cutlery etc. Nice kurig. Left a telephone message to the owner Never received a call back . A lot disapointed!!

Worth the money

The house was beautiful. It could use some more dishes but their was plenty of room. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again at the house next time we are in Moncton.
