Casa “2 Ulivi” is located only a short walk from the center of the village of Termini, which is the final stretch of the Sorrento Peninsula. From the terrace and the swimming pool there is an amazing view of the sea. This fine home is surrounded with olive and fruit trees. The front end of the house is truly blessed with a breathtaking view of the Isle of Capri, then the islands of Ischia and Procida, followed by the northern tip of the Gulf of Naples stretching all the way to Mount Vesuvius.
The small and nice village of Termini is only 300 meters away and there you will find quaint food shops, bar, bus stop, newsstand; Massa Lubrense center is only 5 kms away; Sorrento at about 10 kms; the Amalfi Coast at 18 kms. Not a great distance considering the location and the surroundings.
The famous bay of Marina del Cantone (pebble beaches and restaurants) is 9 kms away.

The home is sunny and spacious, solidly built, featuring exposed timber beams which add quite a nice rustic touch. Decorated with beautiful cotto tiling, it is furnished with a mix of country and vintage furniture. The open plan living room and dining rooms are a true treat, particularly in the winter as a large fireplace reigns the area; this area also includes a dining table set for twelve. For your cooking adventures, the kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, electric oven and dishwasher. Transportation and surroundings
Sorrento offers a wide range of services, and is well connected to other tourist resorts in the area such as: the Amalfi Coast, the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, Capri, Naples, which can be reached by train, bus or ferry.
The city is mostly flat, you will find a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops and the beaches or the port can be reached on foot or comfortably by elevator.

Rental rules
A cash refundable deposit of 400 Euros must be provided upon arrival, it will be returned upon departure after an inspection takes place, in case of any damage.
Check-In time from 15:00 to 20:00 (after 20:00 until 22:00 to be organized prior to arrival; after 22:00 till midnight € 50; after midnight and no later than 3:00am not guaranteed unless previously agreed, extra cost € 100), Check-Out is by 10:00AM.
Prices include taxes Bed and bath linens (one set per person per week).
Exclusive use of the panoramic terraces; Exclusive use of the swimming pool (open from mid 15 Apr. to 31 October) and solarium area; Private parking in the property (2 cars).
