Home away from home

Our newly renovated fully furnished home is conveniently located next to Coastal Carolina University. The beach is only a 15 minute drive straight on 501. If you love shopping, Tanger Outlets is just 7 minutes away. You can cook in or dine out, with restaurants within a 5 minute drive. The city of Conway is also a 5 minute drive where you can catch a play at their local theater. Unwind in your own private back patio. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets or smoking. We welcome all snowbirds or families waiting on their house to be built.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place all dirty linens and towels by the laundry room.
Ensure trash is taken to the dumpster down the street.
Load all dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Let owners know that you have checked out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Monthly rentals, we will need to inspect the unit on a weekly basis if unit is rented over 2 weeks.
