Great condo in an elevator building.Best location on the grand strand,located minutes from the two on site golf courses and Broadway at the beach, shopping, restaurants, Ripken experience, waves water park and of course the beach, relax on your patio with your favorite beverage with the sound of the water fountain in the background. Minutes from the airport, condo can sleep 8 people and has a fully stocked kitchen including bakeware. New carpet, furniture, beds, mattress, paint, TVs, (65’ in the living rm and 32” in the bedrooms) updated door hardware and beautiful paintings, it truly is your home away from home, perfect for a family beach vacation or golfers looking to play a couple of the 100 courses that Myrtle Beach has to offer. PLEASE BE ADVISED that there are NO MOTORCYCLES, TRAILERS, RVs ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. Thank you

Agreed on the Balcony and its view, one of my favorite things to do is to relax out there with an adult beverage and hear the sound of the water Fountain.The Condo is a home away from home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a total of 1600 square feet. Very nice modern condo that was exactly what was described in description on VRBO. We enjoyed our stay here. Great condo, with 3 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Balcony right outside of the living room has a beautiful scenic view of the rest of the property and the fountain and pond outside. Our host was very easy to work with and responded all my messages within minutes of them being sent. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who has a family between 4-8 people and would likely stay there again in the future.

About 12 years ago I did a golf trip to Myrtle beach with my friends, didn’t know that it would change my life, I fell in love with Myrtle Beach and we came back almost every year with my golf buddies and my wife, We bought a couple of condos as a retirement plan and this one is our most recent, I love to play golf my wife loves being by the beach , I love the mild winters, someone said to me recently when I asked why he moved to Myrtle beach from upstate NY, he said you can’t shovel sunshine.

Why they chose this property

I spent 3 years and thousands of hours looking for the best location in Myrtle beach for our rentals and here it is, it’s truly the best location in Myrtle beach. Hands down. We love this building and have 4 condos in it, one in another building in Magnolia Pointe.
