Minutes from the airport, condo can sleep 8 people and has a fully stocked kitchen including bakeware. New carpet, furniture, beds, mattress, paint, TVs, (65’ in the living rm and 32” in the bedrooms) updated door hardware and beautiful paintings, it truly is your home away from home, perfect for a family beach vacation or golfers looking to play a couple of the 100 courses that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Great time

The property was great. The condo met all of our needs. It was clean and spacious. My granddaughter didn’t want to leave. Everything is only a short drive from condo and three out of seven pools are in walking distance.

Great stay

This was the perfect condo for our weekend stay! We arrived to a clean fully supplied condo. The beach is just a mile down the road. Shopping is close by. The best part was hanging out around the condo and on the patio for some R&R.

Clean and spacious

My family and I rented this condo for Bike Week. It was very clean and spacious. The check in process was simple. There were plenty clean towels. The host checked in to make sure our stay was pleasant. The only drawback was not being able to park our motorcycles on the property. However, it was also a good thing because it cut down on the noise.

Myself and 4 other women stayed here for a bachelorette weekend. It was spacious and enough room for everyone. Upon arrival check-in was easy utilizing the lockbox. Place looked like it was professionally cleaned, I was very impressed. This place is in a great location, everywhere we intended to go was literally like 10-20 minutes away. Will definitely stay again or try any of his other properties.

Ladies Weekend

This condo was perfect for our ladies weekend at Women of Joy conference. It was very clean and tidy. It was centrally located to our venue and the beach. It was very quiet at night. The renting process was easy. I would highly recommend this property.

Spacious and clean

Great location! Very clean and spacious. Came down from MD to drop off my daughter at the university. After a long eight hour drive we needed some personal space, the condo was a perfect size for our family of six. Very clean and the most comfortable beds. Definitely recommend staying.

Highly recommended!

Had a minor issue and Herbert immediately took care of it. He went above and beyond to make things right. The place is very clean and the neighborhood is quiet. We definitely plan to stay again and recommend renting from Herbert if you can.

EXCELLENT

This is probably the best rental I have ever had in the Myrtle Beach area! My son did a baseball camp at Coast Carolina and it was super convenient to the college and to the beach! The condo was SO clean, which is a huge deal for me! Herbert is a fantastic host and answered my questions immediately! He even checked in to make sure our stay was going well! We will definitely be booking this one in the future!

Perfect!

We were in town for a short soccer tournament. The condo is convenient to all fields, shopping, and beaches. The pictures don't do it justice! It was so wonderful in person. We were all comfortable and had plenty of space. Way better than the hotels we usually have to stay at. We will definitely book this property again for any other trips to Myrtle Beach! The owner was wonderful, gave quick responses, and checked in on us via text during our stay.

Property was GREAT, clean, no pests. Only complaint is coffee maker {KEURIG} not a fan. I have a 12 pot for travel, but failed to bring on this trip. Wanted to contact Herbert, but failed to be able to contact him further. He is an informative & excellent host. Would highly recommend, & return in the future.

About 12 years ago I did a golf trip to Myrtle beach with my friends, didn’t know that it would change my life, I fell in love with Myrtle Beach and we came back almost every year with my golf buddies and my wife, We bought a couple of condos as a retirement plan and this one is our most recent, I love to play golf my wife loves being by the beach , I love the mild winters, someone said to me recently when I asked why he moved to Myrtle beach from upstate NY, he said you can’t shovel sunshine.

Why they chose this property

I spent 3 years and thousands of hours looking for the best location in Myrtle beach for our rentals and here it is, it’s truly the best location in Myrtle beach. Hands down. We love this building and have 4 condos in it, one in another building in Magnolia Pointe.
