Seabreeze Retreat - St Julian's
Make your stay in Malta extra special at this spacious two bedroom apartment with stunning sea and valley views of the picturesque Balluta Bay located in the heart in St Julians, bordering shopping hotspot - Sliema. Its 100sqm with high ceilings and plenty of light and good energy. High speed Internet, smart TV, fully air-conditioned and equipped with all the amenities you need , including a 1 car space with lift access. Ideal for couples and families. Residential area, quiet hours 11pm-7am.
What makes this place stand out is its spacious open plan kitchen/living/dining room with large terrace glass doors and 180 stunning views. It's high ceilings, huge 3m sofa and relaxed layout are very welcoming and make you feel right at home. It's a 5 min walk from Balluta Bay swimming beach, a variety of happening bars, restaurants, cafes and hotels and a 10 minute walk to the historic Spinola Bay and nightlife in St Julians. Perfect if you're on foot and enjoy a stroll on the promenade.

Guests can access all areas in the apartment. This is a wheel chair friendly apartment, with step free access, doorways and corridors.

It's genuinely fabulous, we love living here and find ourselves counting our blessings. but of course we may be biased! The road is generally quite busy but once you're inside the apartment you forget all about it and find yourself in an urban oasis overlooking a very peaceful valley.
Getting around is super easy as 2002 is bang in the centre. There are bus stops to Valletta, the beaches in the North and all areas of Malta a few metres down the road which pass every 15 minutes. Use Bolt or Uber for instant taxis that pick up/ drop off outside your front door. You also have the option to rent a car and park in the free space provided !
Dear Guest, as from June 2016, the Government of Malta has introduced an Environmental Contribution (tax). Revenue generated from this activity is used to upgrade and embellish the local infrastructure in touristic areas around the Maltese islands. All guests over 18 are required to pay an eco-tax of €0.50 per night up to a maximum of €5 in total. The contribution must be paid separately on arrival to your booked property and is not included in the property rate charged. We kindly ask that this is settled in cash at check in or by Revolut.
