This typical Tuscan home, with its high ceilings and kitchen featuring a large table and a grand original 19th-century marble sink, will transport you back in time and give your stay a sense of intimacy.
The accommodations are suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (with children), and furry friends (pets).

The apartment is located on the first floor of a 19th-century townhouse and features a double bedroom (with the option to add a single bed), a living room with a single sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. Furnished with authentic antique pieces and featuring a ceiling with exposed beams, the apartment is a treasure trove of history and art, carefully preserved by our family from generation to generation.
A crib is available for little ones!

The apartment opens onto a spacious and well-maintained garden, which in spring and summer bursts with greenery and is filled with the scent of flowers, becoming a haven of peace and tranquility.
It features a gazebo and a wooden table where you can enjoy a meal or relax with a glass of good wine. You’ll also find a wood-fired oven and a barbecue at your disposal.

The Surroundings
The apartment is located in the quiet historic center of Monteroni d’Arbia, a village in the Crete Senesi region through which the Via Francigena passes.
We’re a 15-minute drive from Siena, and just a short walk from the house is a bus stop with buses to the city departing every 30 minutes.
A little further afield, there are other places of cultural and scenic interest, such as the Val d’Orcia, Chianti, and small medieval villages like San Quirico, Pienza, Montalcino, Murlo, and Asciano, all of which are also accessible by public transportation.
A short distance from the apartment, you’ll find restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, and banks.
In Monteroni or its immediate vicinity, you can go horseback riding, take relaxing walks along dirt roads, go mountain biking, or soak in the thermal baths of Rapolano Terme or Bagno Vignoni. Just 20 minutes away is the “Saltalbero” adventure park, perfect for spending an afternoon with the kids.
