Beautiful stone house with garden and private pool.

Charming house for 2-5 people, located on the fringes of the hamlet of Toiano, 14 km from Siena and 3 km from the village of Sovicille. Carefully furnished and refurbished according pure regional style, it is located in a beautiful panoramic position. It is located on two floors and comprises a spacious kitchen, dining room and living room with double sofa bed, a double room with double bed or two twin beds (on request), a bathroom with shower and bathtub. Extra bed in the room. The house also has a nice porch with patio furniture, where the view of the hills is beautiful, also a spacious garden, very well kept (500 mc) and a barbecue. Beautiful private pool in a corner of the garden. WiFi Internet access.
The valuable position of this house combines the tranquility campestre with the possibility of excursions to sites with beautiful scenery, or deep artistic and cultural interest such as Siena, San Gimignano and Florence.

Lovely house and beautiful gardens in a fabulous part of Tuscany. A very restful property after longs days touring Tuscany, and also fabulous for relaxing days around the house and gardens. The surrounding countryside is also fabulous with plenty of opportunities for good walks and cycling. Tiziana was the perfect host.We would love to stay again if we come back this way.

Beautiful property and very gracious and helpful hostess! Perfectly located near Siena but totally in the countryside. Within 1 hour of just about all of the Tuscan main sights! Highly recommended!!!!

Lovely stay, loveliest hostess

The cute little cottage is surrounded by a big garden full of flowers and a nice and cool (not too big) swimmingpool which is in the sun most of the day. It has loads of character and is fully equipped. For me the big bed was a little bit sweaty because of the memory foam. By car lots of Tuscan villages and sites are easily reached. Our hostess mme Tiziana was wonderful and very helpful.

Sorry I do not speak French. This was a wonderful place to stay in Tuscany. Excellent communication with the owner, comfortable house, good kitchen facilities, beautiful garden areas all around. Very central location for our day trips throughout Tuscany. Good suggestions for sightseeing and dining in the area. Very warm and friendly reception from Tiziana and Marzia. A perfect experience!

Beautiful villa in a quiet setting

My girlfriend and I had a great time at this house. Conveniently located close to Sienna, so that we could drive to all the Tuscan attractions. The house is beautiful, with all amenities we wanted. The owner is a very sweet, happy lady and she ensured that we had everything we needed. Special thanks to her friend Marzia, who was quick to respond to any queries in English and she gave us a nice tour of the house when we arrived too. We recommend this house. Anil

We unfortunately got held up with our tental car so arrived at the property in the dark.It was a little hard to find and I couldn't get a respnse from owner.Saying that when we did finally find it the beautiful Tiziana had put out a note and left the lights on. When she saw us arrive she came and welcomed us with a big hug.The property is exactly as featured and was perfect for our needs.So happy with everything. It wasnt warm enough to use the pool but it did look nice.Having a drink and cheese platter most evenings on the little patio with its beautiful view was the highlight of our stay. Great location to travel around Tuscany. You definatley need a car.

Lovely rural home.

Pros: Very pretty home, with a beautiful view! Very quiet. Fully equipped kitchen was great. We enjoyed the pool and taking walks along the road. The property manager was communicative and very patient with all our questions and booking changes as we planned our trip. Washing machine, laundry soap, basket, and rack were very much appreciated. Cons: Directions to the property were very difficult to follow. 20 minute drive from Siena (which, to be fair, we knew when we booked it). The beds are not comfortable. Narrow driveway with low wall that is not visible when entering the property and which damaged our rental vehicle. Screens and screen door have gaps which allow mosquitoes inside.

An unloved holiday home.

Geographical location is excellent for touring Tuscany, but sadly the facilities are a bit tired. Bathroom is looking rather sad now, with suspect plumbing and taped up shower screen. Not ideal for self catering, just two badly mis-matched mugs and just 3 teaspoons is not a good start and no kettle is provided. The towels provided are very thin and barely do the job they are supposed to. In short more love and care is required which is a shame as Marzia was so helpful when we needed to take our dogs to the local vets. It would not take much time and money to turn this into a little gem as there is an excellent holiday home waiting to be realised.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem bezaubernden kleinen Häuschen verbracht. Im mit vielen Blumen und Olivenbäumen bepflanzten Garten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Hier kann man wirklich die Seele baumeln lassen. Tiziana ist eine großartige Gastgeberin. Die Lage ist sehr gut geeignet für Ausflüge nach Siena, Radda und Castellina. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Maison charmante, très adéquate pour une famille avec 2 enfants, propre et avec tout le nécessaire. Très bon emplacement près de Sienne au calme et avec une belle vue. Un accueil chaleureux de la part de tiziane. Petite maison située dans la campagne toscane avec un magnifique jardin fleuris et une piscine pour se détendre. Dieses kleine Haus liegt wunderschön ruhig und die Fotos spiegeln den fantastischen Garten überhaupt nicht wider. Der Garten ist riesig und wird liebvoll von Tiziana gepflegt. Viele wunderschöne Orte ( Siena, Florenz,Volterra, Montepulciano, uvm.) sind nur 1h oder weniger entfernt. Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt und waren traurig nach 10 Tagen wieder fahren zu müssen.

Ein Juwel für Naturliebhaber . Ein tolles , liebevoll renoviertes Steinhaus mit einem großen Garten und vielen Blumen und Bäumen.Leider konnten wir den Pool nicht nutzen, da es uns noch zu kalt war. Wir wären gerne noch geblieben.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage

Wir waren für 6 Nächte hier und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist ein typisches toskanisches Steinhaus mit großen Garten. Alles wird von Tiziana selbst gepflegt. Sie ist dabei sehr diskret. Eines Morgens hatten wir Tomaten und Basilikum aus ihrem Garten vor der Tür stehen :-) Der Pool war für uns das Highlight. Leider hatten wir sehr viele Mücken und Wespen dort, sodass wir den Außenbereich nur begrenzt nutzen konnten. Autanspray und Citronellakerzen haben hier etwas geholfen. Die Lage ist super. Der Pool

Wunderschönes Haus mit fantastischem Garten

Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch, allerdings sehr einsam, so dass man fürs Einkaufen schon immer das Auto braucht. Hat uns aber nicht gestört. Der Garten ist herrlich und bietet verschiedenste Möglichkeiten zur Entspannung, vor allem der Pool war ein Highlight für uns. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, kümmert sich jeden Tag um Pool und Garten und legt einem auch mal frische Tomaten oder eine Melone vor die Türe. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist einfach, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht. Abgesehen von den üblen Mücken war es ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans cette belle région. La maison est vraiment sympa, le jardin et la vue… magnifiques. Notre chien qui a voyagé avec nous a été très bien reçu.
