Positioned between Siena and Florence, Godenano di mezzo is the ideal starting point for your sightseeing and is central in respect to some of the more important artistic and cultural attractions in Tuscany: Florence, Siena, Monteriggioni, Colle Vald’elsa, San Gimignano, Volterra and Certaldo. All of which and more are easily reached by means of various routes. The town of Castellina in Chianti is just 5 minutes by car or 10 - 15 on foot. While close to the town we live in a tranquil oasis and are very private.
This small medieval town has a variety of cafés, wine bars, excellent restaurants, interesting shops, art galleries and a small but well stocked supermarket. Surrounding us there are many vineyards and some of the most famous Chianti producers. The countryside is stunning, and there are many walking trails or bike trails. If one wishes to have a guided wine tour with tasting and various local snacks this can easily be arranged. We can also arrange beauty treatments and massages on request. I am only happy to provide advice and tips on getting around and help you on getting to see some of the jewels of this region that are often not discovered. After a day's sightseeing one can come back here, relax by the pool, watch the fantastic sunsets and eat in - we have a guest barbecue and all of the 3 apartments have a fully equipped kitchen and private garden to enjoy. Our property is 8 hectares of vineyards, olive groves and natural bush and land and there is nothing more relaxing than having a wander and admiring the views.


The surrounding countryside is ideal for enjoying nature, relaxing or walking and trekking the Via Romea which crosses our property and admiring the beautiful panorama across the Elsa Valley towards the hills.
The town of Castellina in Chianti can be found at just a 10 minute walk from our property where you can find all you need to complete your holiday, Quaint squares and walks, Shops, Supermarket, Bars and Cafès, Restaurants and Pizzerias, Galleries and Wine cellars.

Moreover at only a short distance from Godenano di Mezzo you can find some of the most reknowned vineyards in the area of international fame where it is possible to taste their exclusive products and make purchases.
The entire area surrounding us is available to make your stay an eno gastronomical delight full of the many tastes and delicacies typical of our tradition and making us famous worldwide.

Prices are calculated per night for two people. The tourist tax of €2 per night per person for a maximum of 7 nights is to be paid in cash at the Agriturismo.

Any additional people are to be added to the prices displayed, at a cost of €40 per night for people under the age of twelve (Comfortable sofa bed in the living room).
