Aspetto positivo: i proprietari ci hanno fornito due utilissimi ombrelloni. La posizione dell’appartamento è ottima. Peccato per le strisce blu davanti a casa che implicavano il pagamento che si sarebbe potuto risolvere anticipatamente pagando una piccola cifra per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Forse sarebbe bene mettere questa indicazione nell’annuncio per non trovarsi impreparati. D’altronde in zona Mare tutti i parcheggi sono a pagamento. Ultimo appunto: ci è stato chiesto di pagare la tassa di soggiorno in misura superiore a quella deliberata dal Comune, che abbiamo pagato ma non era dovuta. . Anche qui è indispensabile una rettifica rispetto all’annuncio. Comunque sia, grazie
