Rental rules
Minimum stay 4 nights.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (to pay on arrival).
Early departure: € 30,00.
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
Tourist tax: 3.00 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, maximum 4 nights, to pay at booking
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens, midweek change of bath towels, weekly cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms (3 hours), welcome basket (local items), cot.
Important note: At time of booking you will be required to pay separately the tourist tax of 2.00 €, per night, per person excluding children up to 12 years, for max 4 nights.
