About this property
Sella Ronda from Val di Fassa - CiasaNu 1st Floor
Built in late 2019, it is located in San Jan di Fassa, in the Meida district, in the center of the village. An innovative architectural design by architect Pietro Zulian has resulted in three apartments with high-quality finishes in dolomite stone, larch wood, and custom-designed furnishings. Underfloor heating, hot water from a photovoltaic system, and Wi-Fi are provided.
The house is located 100 meters from the start of the Sella Ronda, enjoying a quiet, sunny, and panoramic position, an excellent starting point for excursions and visits to the surrounding area.
Just a ten-minute walk away, you can reach the Pera ski lifts and the cross-country ski trail.
You will be welcomed by two apartments: the FIRST FLOOR (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room with kitchen) and the MEZZANINE FLOOR (2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a large living area with living room and kitchen (2 sofa beds for an additional 2 people).
Guests have access to a parking space, an electric charging socket for cars or bicycles, ski or bicycle storage, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Daniela met us at the property and escorted us around. This is super conveniently located with a market and restaurants in easy walking distance. The apartment looked brand new and was spotless. The Dolomites were an easy drive away with breathtaking views.
