This Subdivision is a drive onto an island located just at the Mouth of Kings Bay and just minutes via boat to the open waters of The Gulf of AMERICA. A short boat ride or paddle to Three Sisters Springs and Hunter Springs. Minutes from the fabulous local waterfront Restaurants. By land we are in close proximity to what Crystal River area has to offer. Nestled in an upscale/safe neighborhood with multi million dollar homes. NO bridges to get to Gulf of America or Kings Bay. Depending on the time of year you choose to visit our backyard entertains pods of manatees, dolphins, jumping mullet, native birds, squirrels and otters to mention a few. Our resident squirrels will keep you entertained scampering around eating palm fruit that falls from our many palm trees surrounding our home. Numerous activities are available for everyone to enjoy. We have 7 Single Kayaks/2 TRIPLE kayaks, kids kayak and Paddleboard with Paddles and Life Vests for free use during your stay. BRING YOUR BOAT.....The Inshore AND offshore Fishing is some of the best in Florida. Our dock that stretches over 60 feet is yours to enjoy while you are at our home. We can house several boats at one time. (Boat lift is not for rental use) Local Marinas (Twin Rivers Marina, Pete's Pier or The Plant ation Resort Marina) have some great Boats to rent if you don't want to bring your own. Crystal River has many fishing guides and tour boats to choose from as well. We are minutes away from the heart of Scalloping which runs July 1st to September 24th and Manatee watching can happen at our dock in the fall/winter and early spring. Other activities at/or around us include Kayaking, Paddleboarding, Golf, Bicycling, Beach, Tennis, Snorkeling, Nature Trails, Horseback Riding, Shopping or just relaxing by our screened POOL at the house. Airboat Rides are amazing in our freshwater preserves in Floral City, Inverness or here on Crystal River. We are located about 1 1/2 hours from Orlando as well as the Tampa/Clearwater Beaches. Our small local beach here in Crystal River is just about 4 miles from the house. Homosassa State Wildlife Park is about 10 miles away and Rainbow River is about 30 minutes away. Weeki Wachee is about 30 minutes away. The Natural Springs are some of the most beautiful water spots in Florida. Our local Restaurants have amazing fresh seafood.

ABOUT THE HOME:
Our Kitchen is well appointed with stainless appliances including pots, pans, dishes, blenders, mixers, sandwich press, crock pots, waffle maker, bread maker, toaster, pressure cooker, etc and utensils for 12, coffee makers.
Your Private Newly Screened Heated Pool has lounge chairs, table, umbrella, water toys and safety alarm if you choose to activate to protect children. There is an additional solar pool cover available for use during cooler nights to maintain swimming temperatures during early spring and fall swimming season. Screened Lanai is spacious enough to hold a large group with a Gas AND Charcoal Grill if you choose to eat in located just outside the screen.

Sleeping Options:
You can wind down from a fabulous vacation day in the Upstairs Master Bedroom. This bedroom is nicely appointed with a great private screened porch, private TV and Bath. The Upstairs Master offers a King Bed and a Gel Cooled Memory Foam Firm Mattress. The Bottom Master also appoints a King Remote Controlled Adjustable Frame Memory Foam Medium Mattress. This bedroom is large and also houses Private TV and Private Bath. The Downstairs Master Bath offers an optional handicap portable chair for shower. The remaining Four Bedrooms (two down and two up) house Queen Beds. All Four Baths throughout the house are spacious and updated. The upstairs Den has a Queen size futon with small dresser and closet storage for guests if needed. No bathroom needs to be shared by more than two bedrooms via the home layout.

Plus: Florida Room on main level which contains a Pool Table, Ping Pong and Foosball!
Top Level has drink station with Keirug Coffee maker, sink and small fridge for guests utilizing this area of the house.
PETS can come along if pet fee is paid and approval is allowed PRIOR to visit. Our backyard is fenced and we even have a doggy door! We also provide dog bowls and crate/raised bed for your use. Please PAY PET FEE with your reservation or you will be charged after your stay and any damage deposit will be forfeited.

Owners live in the neighborhood and are easily available if needed during your stay.
